Initiate Your Request

Pack Your Records
Carefully place the items in their original mailer or a sturdy, vinyl-specific box to ensure they are protected from warping or corner dings during transit.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your authorization.
Receive Refund or Credit
